The course participant can make a verbal request of the Instructor to be involved with preparing an optional course paper that can be graded with a letter or numeric grade for the purpose of obtaining a educational reimbursement from an employer or employment program for career development.
Lifetime Learning Tax Credit:
Appraiser's Landlord's, Real Estate Salesperson's and Broker's that devote the major of their time to the industry and attend a construction or real estate continuing education courses can deduct the cost of their course as a deduction on their tax return (IRS Reg. 1.162-5(a)).
